2 The Service

Small Steps Counselling & Coaching offers one-to-one therapeutic coaching sessions, delivered online via Microsoft Teams or in person in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

3 Sessions & Fees

Fees are reviewed periodically. You will be given at least one month's notice of any fee changes.

Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the start of the working relationship.

4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of sessions with less than 48 hours' notice will usually incur the full session fee. Please discuss any exceptional circumstances with Heather Lindley as soon as possible.

If the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment. No charge will be made for sessions cancelled by the Coach.
